Dr. Bill Collins@RSMをお迎えしての討論交流会＆Partyです。

"EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION AND LEADERSHIP" SESSION & RSM/TG JOINT PARTY!

As Dr. Bill Collins@RSM is visiting Tokyo, I discussed with RSM and Ken in TG
and we are organizing HR session "EMPLOYEE MOTIVATION AND LEADERSHIP", followed by party.
TG members are welcome to join and and enhance your network!
Dr. Collins will lead a discussion about employee motivation and leadership across cultures.
Some models and frameworks about motivation and leadership will be presented.
However, these models tend to be developed and researched in North America and Europe.
The application and appropriateness of these models to employees and leaders in Japan will be discussed.
Your active participation will be greatly appreciated. In order to organize and order some food,
please reply me BEFORE the July 7th.
